Service description

Sendsafe provides a temporary file sharing service. Files uploaded to the service are encrypted and stored for a limited period as specified by the sender. After expiry, files are permanently deleted.

Acceptable use

You must not use this service to share illegal content, malware, or any material that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access without notice if we believe the service is being misused.

Data retention

Files are automatically deleted after their expiry period. Metadata (transfer records) may be retained for up to 30 days after expiry for operational purposes, after which it is permanently removed.

Encryption

All files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data is transmitted over SSL/TLS. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, data breaches, or service interruptions.

File size limits

The maximum transfer size is 5GB. We reserve the right to modify this limit at any time.

Password protection

If you choose to password protect a transfer, you are responsible for sharing the password securely with your intended recipient. We cannot recover passwords or provide access to password-protected transfers.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
